If you’re here, you might be preparing for a new addition to your family, or you might already be navigating the early days of parenthood. As a mom of three—ages 7, 6, and 3—I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of the postpartum journey. My personal experiences have deeply shaped my passion for postpartum and family care.

I’ve been where you are: trying to balance self-care, health, and the demands of a growing family. I know how overwhelming it can be to prioritize yourself and seek help when needed. Each postpartum experience is unique, and even the most seasoned parents can benefit from additional support. My goal is to ensure you have access to the resources and assistance you need, which I wish I had known about during my own journey.

Before becoming a mother, I worked as a nanny starting in 2014 in Charleston, South Carolina. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 10 families, including those with newborn twins and children with special needs. This experience has honed my ability to provide personalized care tailored to each family’s unique needs. My background as a nanny laid the foundation for the high level of care I offer today.

To meet the growing demand for postpartum and infant care services, Family Foundations has expanded into a collaborative practice. Our team includes Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, and CNAs, each with expertise in areas such as Infant Development, Child Psychology, Postpartum Nutrition, Car Seat Safety, Breastfeeding Counseling, and Maternal Mental Health. We will match you with a provider who best aligns with your family’s needs and the services you seek.
