Family Foundations: Continuing Care

You asked, and we delivered!

We know how much you love, trust, and admire your Family Foundations providers. When we first met, we were strangers, and you entrusted us with your precious little love. Overtime, we have become an integral part of your families. With many of our providers as parents themselves, we know how difficult it can be to trust someone new and that’s why you have asked us to come back time and time again.

Family Foundations has launched our new division, Family Foundations: Continuing Care, in order to bridge the gap between your postpartum and newborn care services, and your long term child care solutions. Your favorite trusted providers are now available on a limited basis to continue caring for your little love. These services are intended to be utilized for date nights, self care, appointments, events, and other occasional childcare needs.

In addition to our elite team of Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula’s that you already know and love, Bryn, the owner of Family Foundations, has personally recruited some of her favorite Phoenix Metro childcare providers, that have worked in her home for years. You will have the option to choose between a Standard or Premium Provider, book online, where you can select the perfect appointment time, and know that you have quality care whenever you need it!

How does it work?

Join Family Foundations: Continuing Care

To access our short-term childcare solutions, you will be begin by purchasing an Annual Membership to Family Foundations: Continuing Care. This annual fee of $249 helps us maintain annual background checks, CPR & First Aid, and other business operation costs.

Visit our calendar to book your favorite provider

When you visit our calendar, you will choose if you want to book a Premium Provider or a Standard Provider. All of our Providers have undergone interviews, background checks, reference checks, employment verification, and have CPR & First Aid Certifications. Our Premium Providers are also trained Newborn Care Specialists and/or Postpartum Doula’s, who may have additional training and certifications. Our Standard Providers are still exceptional, but they are primarily Daycare Teachers and Nannies.

Submit an appointment request

You will select an appointment time for the correct number of children (1-4), and you will automatically be booking a 4-hour long appointment, as this is our booking policy minimum. If you need additional time, you can arrange this with your provider. You will then be prompted to enter several pieces of information.

All of this information will be sent to the provider you selected, and they will have the opportunity to approve or deny your booking request, based on their availability. Please remember our providers have several clients at any given time, and their availability is subject to change.

Once your appointment is accepted

If your appointment is accepted by the provider you chose, they will be in contact with you to confirm the appointment time, location, and any necessary details. At the time of booking your appointment, you will pay a booking fee equal to 1-hour of your chosen service (ranging from $22-$36).

On the date of your appointment, your provider will arrive to provide child care for the child/ren. At the end of your services, you will pay your provider directly. We do not collect their payment or charge your on file payment method.

That’s it! It’s that easy to access high quality, short-term child care!
