Care
Family Foundations offers a variety of overnight packages tailored to meet diverse family needs, ranging from addressing sleepless nights to providing comprehensive sleep support aimed at fostering uninterrupted overnight rest for you and your baby.
4-8 Weeks
When utilizing overnight support for 4-8 weeks, your Newborn Care Specialist will relieve your sleepless nights, leaving you feeling rested and ready to be the best version of yourself. We will work with your infant to meet feeding goals, regardless if you have chosen to breastfeed or bottle feeding. We will introduce early sleep hygiene, encouraging your baby to sleep in their bassinet or crib independently. While your infant may not sleep through the night at the end of this package, you will be left feeling supported with ample infant education, and a strong foundation to continue building on.
Options for 2-7 nights per week
10-hour or 12-hour shifts
Feeding, burping, diapering, and re-settling of the infant throughout the night.
Patient and gentle soothing techniques, in the crib/bassinet or while being held.
AAP recommendations for safe sleep, including the ABC’s.
Assistance with bottle feeding or supporting breastfeeding.
Early introduction of healthy sleep hygiene, only using gentle and responsive methods, never Cry-It-Out.
Parent support, providing them with infant education, resources, and referrals.
Cleaning and sanitizing of breast pump and bottle parts.
12-16 Weeks
When utilizing overnight support for 12-16 weeks, your Newborn Care Specialist will be able to help you establish age appropriate sleep goals for your baby, and practice various methods of soothing in order to encourage longer stretches of sleep. As we continue to build off the early sleep hygiene foundation we set in the first 12 weeks, we can begin evaluating what methods work best for your family. Your Newborn Care Specialist can also create a custom daytime schedule for your family, which will guide you through naps, daytime feedings, and activities that encourage infant milestones to be met.

Not only will you have a baby who is laughing, rolling, and engaging with you, but you will be well on your way towards “Sleeping Through The Night” status as your Newborn Care Specialist helps your baby maintain their foundational sleep skills, by remaining consistent and focusing on the end goal.
